Funds will be sent to you via PayPal to your verified email address. The quote we provide you with takes into consideration that there may be a PayPal fee on your end and this is included in our quote. We can only send using the “goods” option, never as personal. The amount quoted is the gross amount based on PayPal payment. Once an offer has been accepted we will need the email address associated with your PayPal account in order to send you funds.

In certain instances, we may need additional information to verify your identity prior to sending payment.

In the case of American Express or transferable points, we will tell you where to send the points. If needed, we will also help walk you through the transfer process. Of course all your information remains secure with us. We believe we have the most secure methods online.

In the case of airline points, we will need the log in and pin code to the account. We will only use the agreed amount of purchased points. Your information is safe and secure with us. We will not change any of the information in your account. You will always have full access to your air account and can continue to earn points if you desire. You may spend the money we send you. Please do not change the password on the account at any time until the points we purchase are depleted.
